I discoverd a dirt track
I road 15 miles yesterday to my dad's and back which is nice because I have someone to visit with and I get a breather. But my dad was a little ornery about me taking his last cup of coffee and making him make another pot. Today I went to the gym to do some reps and train on the stationary but after 5 minutes I felt stupid because it was so nice out so I left to get my bike.
I headed towards my dad's again but I really didn't want to go. I ended up stopping twice because I just didn't know where I was going. To my surprise I stop right at the head of a trail. I remember seeing a 4 wheeler head back there in the winter. Even though I have road past it 4 times I never saw it until now.
The track consists of 4 wheel tracks, single tracks, long mud puddles with trenches throughout a few banked turns, grass sections and a hefty 6 foot jump thank thankfully I saw before I went up the ramp that is part of the trail then just disappears and drops 3 feet.
